BOTOX TREATMENT
At Zéle Aesthetics Clinic, Botox can be used to achieve an eyebrow lift, and reduce the wrinkles in the frontalis (forehead), glabella (in between brows), and crows feet (next to eyes) muscles. Each of these areas are considered one area, all of these areas combined are 3 areas. Botox can also be used to lift the eyebrows, causing a natural cat eye effect.
HOW IS THE PROCEDURE DONE?
A full assessment will be followed through with Zinab, to ensure that you are the correct candidate for the procedure. Zinab will then decide which areas and how much botox units you will require based on your individual anatomy and desired outcome.
HOW DOES BOTOX TREATMENT WORK?
After being administered, botulinum toxin stops some nerve signals that cause muscles to contract. This causes the muscles to relax, which minimises unwanted wrinkles. Botox can also create a natural brow lift, through precise injections of botox within the orbicularis oculi and the corrugator muscles.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCEDURE TAKE?
The procedure takes approximately 10-15 minutes in total. A thorough consultation will be included, before the procedure, which will also take approximately 15-20 minutes.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
The reduction of wrinkles from botox typically lasts for 3-6 months, after this, the muscles move again, and the wrinkles return. The botox brow lift also lasts for 3-6 months, after this, the brows no longer remain lifted, and return to their original form.
