SMILE LINE TREATMENT
This treatment if performed with a series of small injections of hyaluronic acid dermal fillers being administered around the nasolabial folds and marionette lines, in order to help reduce those first signs of ageing and smooth these lines out.
HOW IS THE PROCEDURE DONE?
A full assessment will be followed through with Zinab, to ensure that you are the correct candidate for the procedure. Zinab will then decide how much filler you will need based on your individual anatomy and desired outcome.
HOW DOES SMILE LINE TREATMENT WORK?
The creases that run from both sides of your nose to the corners of your mouth are known as the nasolabial folds.
Additionally, marionette lines can be subtle or deep lines, extending from your mouth’s outer corners to your chin. Dermal fillers can be used to fill in and plump up the creases for both nasolabial folds and marionette lines. Both can develop due to age, genetics and smiling, which is why they are also known as laugh lines or smile lines.
Before beginning treatment, numbing cream is applied to the smile lines. Treatment will be performed with the use of a needle or cannula, and once the procedure is complete, Zinab will remind you of aftercare.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCEDURE TAKE?
The procedure takes approximately 30-35 minutes in total. A thorough consultation will be included, before the procedure, which will also take approximately 20-30 minutes.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Results for both marrionette lines or nasolabial folds typically last for 6-12 months; this can vary between person to person. At Zéle Clinic, Zinab advises that first time patients may need to return for a following 3 week top up, to further enhance and maintain results.
